We're eating a lot more salad these days. And Elderflower is being enojoyed again until I get bored of it for another year. Hummus is making a seasonal come back. Soup is so last season (you can have too much of a good thing, right?) as we opt for fruit salads and light meals.
Now if only the weather would oblige we could take this to the beach and call it 'spring' or something like that....make a day of it, get those beach blankets aired out and warmed up.
